Mary Mueller leads a mixed level Hatha yoga class with an emphasis on connecting to the breath, and finding the quite peace and healing within the yoga practice.  Mary teaches at Henderson Healing Hub on Monday mornings at 9am. She received her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Sun Moon Yoga Studio in Mankato in 2012

Mary has a degree in Ecology from MN State University, Mankato.  She owns and operates a Prairie Restoration business and has spent much of her career restoring wetlands and prairie. Mary and her husband Mike live on a farm near Winthrop where they practice various methods of living lightly on the land.  They have two grown Children.   Mary touches on our connection to Mother Earth and the changing seasons throughout her yoga classes.
